Staff capabilities

Have you got different staff who do different services? You can set the capabilities of your staff to ensure they're only ever booked for services they can do. This is great for Online Booking or when appointments are made at a reception desk that may not know the exact capabilities of each staff member.

To set up staff capabilities, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Settings tab.

Select Staff in the left side bar.

Select the staff member you wish to set capabilities for.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Staff capabilities and change Performs all services to No.

You can now select the service your staff member can perform. Don't forget to save your changes.

Tip: Got a few staff with the same capabilities? Set one and then copy the capabilities to the others using the Copy someone else's capabilities function.
