Invoice appointment

Select the appointment you wish to invoice. The appointment details will show on the left.


Select the Complete Sale button.


This will bring up a pop up box that details the invoice items. You can add products at this time using the search field.


Select the Take payment button. In this example we are just invoicing the service.


 The Take payment pop up will appear. 


You can split the payment over several options if required. 

Select the add payment link and select then options required. 


Select the Complete payment button.

If you wish to print a receipt make sure the Print a Receipt check box above the Complete payment button is checked.


Once you have completed the payment you cannot edit the invoice you can only view using the View invoice button.
