You can manage your stock  accurately, update stock levels when you receive an order, do a stocktake or use a product in store and baxus will keep track of it all for you. 

Go to the Products and Services tab and select products from the drop down list. 

To complete a stocktake select the stocktake button.

Select the products you are stocktaking from your list or you can select all by selecting the checkbox on the left.

You can now count your stock on hand and enter or adjust the quantity as required.

Save the changes.
